Join in with the search of the paternity of the art work you possess.
G.E.M.A. - Great Multi-Media Art Encyclopaedia (Grande Enciclopedia Multimediale dell'Arte), thanks to its Data Bank of over 1,000,000 catalogued works, is able to offer all its customers a service based on new elements of identification and ascertainment leading to the expertise of paintings, drawings and engravings for the centuries X to XVIII.
This service that we, as the first-ever in the world, have made available to everybody, has not the sheer goal to produce a written judgment on the works under scrutiny, but aims to give the visual evidence and documentation that prove the attribution.
This way, it is possible for everybody to take an interactive role in the process of assessing the paternity of art works. Even you, based on their photographic documentation, can actively join in and give your critical contribution to the task.
This is a further step forward in the direction to guarantee, whenever it is possible, the authenticity of art works, with real and practically ultimate reliability.
As a matter of fact, until now, many of these works had been, as far as their attribution was concerned, a theme of different and controversial judgments and the reason was that their certification was only based on written documents, without the support of images, capable of confirming the speculation on the paternity.
It is with great pleasure that we give this service, free of charge, to all those who wish to obtain an expertise on art works in their possession.
You just have to download the proper form from our site and it will be our care to reply as soon as possible.
